After the incredible feedback we received from the December seminar, we’re thrilled to announce a 6-week self-defense program designed to take your skills to the next level. This program includes one class per week (Monday at 7pm) and runs from February 3 to March 10.
What you will gain:
- A deeper dive into self-defense techniques with detailed explanations. 
- Time between sessions to reflect, ask questions, and reinforce your learning. 
- Regular practice to internalize the material and build lasting confidence.
